    I Agree, I would off centre and even zoom in on Head/flowers with perhaps a degree or 3 of rotation??? what do you think?

    I hear what you're saying and practically all of the shots of the bride were off center, but in this particular case where she is photographed straight on in front of a stark background, centering just felt right :)
