Park time

Took the boys to the park on sunday afternoon, it was fun just doing the stuff that boys do.

Searching for a four leaf clover

Ok, maybe not such a great idea as it only brings luck especially if its accidentally found (sez wiki)

Platypus used to play here

"Platypus used to play here 15 years ago, they need clean water and riverbank trees to make their burrows"

Found these words carved on a dead tree when i move to the area 9 years ago. Apparently some factory upstream dumped their waste into the stream and the platypus died out.

The trees are there but the water still looks dead

Wake up call

Ok, tell me again how much I love having to wake up every morning, go to the office, sit in my little cubby hole and stare blankly at data running across the monitor for the next 7 hrs...blah, blah, blah... (hmmm, got that Groundhog day feeling happening here!)
*note to self - go out and do something new this weekend
